What is "service learning anyway??? How is it different from just "service?"

-charity

What service learning IS
-two-sided
-mutually beneficial
-tied to outcomes

How could this article from "Oregon Humanities" about the SES 3rd grade musical from a few years back connect to our approach to service in the middle school this school year???  SES - More to the Story...
